Grassington. The back door opens to rear yard with space for storing bikes. The fully-furnished front double bedroom, with views, to the hills, has a cosy new carpet, duvet and radio/CD player. The bathroom, with shower over bath, has just been refurbished. Central heating throughout, instant hot water from the combi boiler, towels and all bedding are included in the price.
From the cottage you can walk up the hill to explore the breathtaking moors, or down the hill to meander along the river Wharfe. Wildlife, heritage and history await whichever direction you choose: the ideal location for a park and walk (or cycle) holiday. Grassington has all the shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants, including a chippie and an Indian, you need for your stay. The Town Hall hosts a range of events throughout the year and there are summer and Christmas festivals. The National Park Centre on the edge of the town tells the story of the Dales and provides information on attractions and events.
Main bedroom - double bed with king size duvet. Views over the town towards the hills. The oak-beamed sitting room has a T.V., DVD, radio/CD player and 2 sofas on which to relax. A door leads off to kitchen with fridge, cooker, washing machine, microwave and all the usual pots and pans. Single bedroom - small room with new single bed. Both rooms have radios & bedside lights.
Garden with views, perfect for watching the sun set over the barbecue! Inside with the log burner flaming to drive away the cold in the winter. Turn left for pubs, cafes and shops: turn right for the Dales' Way.
