Welcome to our luxury first floor apartment in Whitby, superbly equipped for a self catering holiday and set just two minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach. Perfect for both couples and families, our newly converted property is fitted with luxury mod cons throughout and boasts lovely sea-glimpses of the nearby coastline. We are just a 10/15 minute walk from the town centre attractions with links to Captain Cook, Count Dracula and whaling all around. Short breaks & last minute offers are available during off peak times and small pets may be accepted by prior arrangement.
The luxurious accommodation includes a feature four poster bedroom with modern ensuite shower room, double wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, chest of drawers, clock radio, and 22" wide-screen plasma TV with DVD player. The second bedroom is presented as a twin and offers a double wardrobe, four drawer chest, 22" wide-screen plasma TV with DVD player, clock radio, travel cot, high chair & baby bath. There is also a master bathroom with separate shower cubicle. The contemporary lounge offers two leather sofas including a double sofa bed, 42" plasma TV with home cinema system & Freesat service, iPod dock, ultra modern fire and a dining area with seating for six. The kitchen offers an excellent range of facilities including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, cooker, hob, extractor fan, small appliances and an extensive range of crockery & cutlery.

The apartment is a real 'home for home' with plenty of little extras provided. A safety deposit box, hair-dryer & straighteners can be found in the master bedroom and the second bedroom offers family amenities including baby toiletries & nappy sacks. For your entertainment, DVDs, CDs, children's toys & games are all provided. Handy amenities including a hoover, ironing facilities, deck chairs, cool box & a picnic set are also supplied. Bed linen, towels, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee & sugar are also included.
