We convenient for both Huddersfield and beautiful Marsden and Slaithwaite adjacent to the Huddersfield Narrow Canal. We're less than a mile away from the canal. The White House is a character 18th Century Inn lies in an area of natural Pennine beauty, in the centre of the TV locations for 'Where the Heart Is' and 'Last of the Summer Wine'.

The White House offers a superb choice of homecooked food, with changing specials, a choice of starters and a delicious 3 course Sunday lunch menu. We also serve a fine selection of Real Ales. Our comfortable and attracive bedrooms overlook the moors. All are fully equipped with en-suite facilities, hairdryer, T.V, Tea/Coffee making facilities. Ironing facilities are also available. No need to worry about parking, there is ample parking on-site. We welcome dogs and are surrounded by plentiful idyllic walking country.
