Set within the private courtyard of a traditional farmhouse, the B&B offers luxury accommodation in the village of Skipsea on the Yorkshire Coastline. You'll discover golden beaches, stunning countryside, historic castles and a range of excellent walks in this beautiful part of Yorkshire. Village Farm endeavours to use only the best produce available which is sourced locally or organically, where possible. In addition to the substantial breakfast we can also cater for evening meals, which can be prepared to specific dietary requirements, and packed lunches or picnics.
Village Farm Bed and Breakfast is located in the heart of Skipsea Village, East Yorkshire. Skipsea is ideally situated between the historic town of Beverley and the favourite seaside location of Bridlington, with its long beaches and many amenities. North of Bridlington lies Flamborough head with its stunning views and walks. Beyond there takes you to Bempton Cliffs with its teeming wildlife and then onto the sleepy beaches of Filey. The Yorkshire Wolds are within striking distance, as are the North Yorkshire moors and the seaside towns of Hornsea, Scarborough and Whitby.
Village Farm Bed and Breakfast offers 4 Star Silver Graded Accommodation within the converted outbuildings of the farm. The farm house and the original outbuildings are located around a central courtyard which has a sunny patio for guests to enjoy. The outbuildings were converted and completely renovated in the autumn of 2004 and now provide comfortable and contemporary styled rooms. Each of the three rooms has full en-suite bathrooms, King size beds, under-floor heating, tea & coffee making facilities, television with DVD player and a music system. Breakfast is served in a separate annexe, where guests are welcome to relax with the papers after their meal. The B&B has been awarded the Good Breakfast Award for the quality of its food. Parking is provided within the courtyard with easy access to all rooms.
Village Farm is family friendly, with one room suitable for use as a family room. In addition we can offer babysitting services (full CRB checks in place). We are also pet friendly and are happy to welcome our guests well behaved dogs, who will also enjoy the splendid beach walks. All of the facilities at Village Farm have disabled access.
