Our luxury self catering cottage sits in the beautiful Lune Valley, which forms a natural 'boundary' between the Lake District National Parks and the Yorkshire Dales, two areas of panoramic, contrasting landscapes. We commissioned an award winning architect to create a very special property with a light and airy atmosphere where all your stresses will dissolve away.

Sleeping up to four, we're perfect for either a small family holiday or a romantic getaway and we're very proud of our 4 star award from VisitBritain and a Gold Star for exceptional quality.You can't fail to be impressed by the location and all it offers! Both the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District are within easy travelling distance and the delightful market town of Kirby Lonsdale is less than one mile away.

We offer two double rooms, a very modern, fully fitted kitchen, open plan living and dining area and we particularly like the floor to ceiling windows from where you have some fantrastic views of the garden and surrounding countryside. There are lots of finishing touches including and iPod dock, the 'cosy toes' underfloor heating and we've created a private patio area with BBQ and furniture.. The cottage benefits from private parking right outside.
