The 3 bedroom/2 bathroom accommodation has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard and its contemporary design compliments its fabulous coastal location. It benefits from an enclosed front garden and a large courtyard to the rear, with private parking for 3 cars.
The oak fitted conservatory kitchen is finished with granite worktops, and is fully equipped with an electric oven, induction hob and microwave, as well as a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer - everything you need for stress free self catering. Entertainment is provided by TV with Freeview and a DVD player. The cottages has sliding folding doors to a south facing courtyard. One behaved dog is welcome in Sea View. Private parking is available for upto 4 cars.
The cottage is ideally situated in the delightful village of Sandsend on the magnificent North Yorkshire Heritage Coast. Surrounded by a glorious sandy beach and majestic woodlands, the village has some excellent amenities, all of which are within easy walking distance. There is a well stocked village shop, a good pub, several delightful beach cafes, an excellent restaurant, a fine art gallery, plus surf & gift shops. The idyllic village green is also home to grazing goats and ducks, a romantic church and quintessential English country cottages.
