York Terrace offers modern and comfortable self catering holiday accommodation in the Yorkshire coast resort of Whitby. The town is characterised by its narrow cobbled alleyways, abbey and harbour and has fabulous facilities including leisure centre and 18 hole golf course. Whitby is well placed for touring the nearby North York Moors and the coastal villages of Runswick Bay and Robin Hoods Bay are well worth a visit. Grosmont is host to the North York Moors Steam Railway which passes through Goathland, home of the Heartbeat television series.

The house comprises of a comfortable lounge with a gas fired stove, stripped pine flooring and original window panelling. The separate dining area leads through to the well equipped galley kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The first floor has a large master bedroom with en-suite facilities and spacious family bathroom. On the second floor are a single and double attic bedroom, reached by some steep stairs.
