Our spacious first floor luxury apartment sleeps up to four people and is situated in a development called The Bay set in 150 acres of landscaped parkland and fronted by 600 metres of a stunning blue flag sandy beach just 2 miles from Filey. It's a relaxing base from which couples and familes of all ages have access to other Yorkshire Coast resorts and varied attractions. The city of York is just an hours drive away.
All rooms are beautifully decorated and fitted with brand new furnishings. The open plan lounge and dining room has a comfortable cream leather corner sofa suitable for four people and a 32" LCD television, DVD player and satellite. The dining suite seats four people and we have a collection of books, games and DVDs in a matching sideboard. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances including an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, washer/dryer, kettle and crockery. Our master bedroom has a kng size bed, dressing table with vanity mirror, fitted wardrobe and benefits from an en-suite bathroom with spacious shower, w/c, hand basin and chrome towel rail. The second bedroom is ideal for children and has full single size bunk beds, large wardrobe and 15" LCD television with DVD player. The family bathroom has a large bath with shower, w/c, hand basin and towel rail.
All bed linen, duvets and towels are included (except beach towels), as well as gas and electric. The apartment has full central heating and double glazing for year round comfort. Please note there is a strict no smoking rule and pets are not allowed.
