About this property

The White Horse Inn is a warm, cosy, relaxing inn situated in the village of Jackson Bridge. It has 5 en-suite letting rooms all decorated to a high standard. The White Horse was made famous in the TV series of "The Last of The Summer Wine", where filming took place inside and outside making it the pub in the series. The White Horse Inn has good Yorkshire bloodstock and more shire than Shergar. The White Horse snuggles in the hollow of a mill beck. Famous TV locals of Last of the Summer Wine chums Compo, Foggy and Clegg. This homely inn could well have been stage struck, but unlike Nora Batty's Broom it is not short on ceremony, offering a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere.

The Inn has 5 en-suite letting rooms, rangeing from twin rooms to family rooms, with original features being brought back to their former glory, making them warm, comfortable and relaxing. In the newly referbished bar and lounge areas there are open log fires for those long cosy evenings to relax and unwind from that busy day.
