Woodlands Guest House is a delightful ETC 4 star graded bed and breakfast with stunning enclosed gardens. Quietly tucked away up a private drive, offering elegant nineteenth century bed and breakfast accommodation with period features throughout. Renovated over the past 20 years, the house includes period fireplaces, panelled doors, wrought iron and stone staircase and old wood furniture. We encourage guests to explore the one-acre garden, sit beside the wall fountain on a terrace with a view of the huge lawn or take a drink down to our summerhouse to watch the fish in the lily pool. Woodlands benefits from a beautiful landscaped garden where guests are welcome to relax. It is also an ideal retreat for business people working in the area, special discounts are offered for longer stays. WIFI is available free in all rooms - a small charge for heavy use.

There are plenty of visitor attractions nearby. The atmospheric village of Haworth where the Bronte sisters wrote their famous novels is a 15 minute drive. If you like the outdoors, the nearby Pennine hills are perfect for walking, cycling or just enjoying a picnic in a beauty spot. Sue and Barry can supply maps, walks books and plenty of suggestions! Our bed and breakfast is tastefully decorated throughout and each room is equipped with a colour television and a hospitality tray. All bedrooms benefit from either en-suite bathrooms or private facilities. We are within walking distance of two excellent pubs for evening meals. Off-road parking is available to guests.
