Also nearby is the walled garden at Scampston, Castle Howard, the market town of Helmsley with Rievaulx Abbey and Duncombe Park, the magnificent City of York is only a short drive away. Equally Flamborough Rigg Cottage is perfect for sitting in the garden with a glass of wine looking at the views over the forest and Newtondale. The garden is fully enclosed making it safe for dogs.
