The cottage itself has been completely and sensitively renovated from a former barn to provide a character property with superb attention to detail. Outside you'll find a wealth of open countryside along with a walled private parking area and paddock. Lying just five miles from the market town of Masham the accommodation comprises of three double bedrooms, fully integrated kitchen, bath and shower room, spacious living and dining area with beautiful natural sandstone flooring.
Agra Cottage sits in fine open countryside in the Nidderdale area of North Yorkshire. Awarded an area of outstanding natural beauty and covering 233 square miles there's certainly no shortage of things to do and see. Close to Masham with its lively community, large market square and two breweries offering tours - the Black Sheep and Theakstons. The great location of Agra Cottage also means you have easy access to the Yorkshire Dales National Park for fine walking, horse riding, cycling or simply exploring the small traditional Dales villages. Golf is available at Masham and Ripon, Sailing can be enjoyed at Farnham and Thornton Steward and there are excellent fishing and shooting opportunities.
Agra Cottage boasts fine accommodation at this beautiful, luxurious property. Three double bedrooms ooze character with exposed timbers, spotlights and table lights to create the perfect mood. The bath and shower room are fully tiled in Antica Rustica marble and are equipped with designer wares with luxurious towels and bath robes. The spacious living area has ground to ceiling windows and enjoys panoramic views across the countryside. Flat-screen TV, broadband and a telephone service are also provided. The dining room also boasts panoramic glazed arched window and is the ideal setting for a memorable evening dining in.
Agra Cottage really sits in a class of its own. It's owners have taken great care and attention to provide guests with such a high level of accommodation. Special designer features and classy touches such as Egyptian cotton linen and duck down duvets will delight guests and make for a truly luxurious stay.
