Rooms Description

A warm and cosy nights sleep is guaranteed at Ash Tree Farm, all guest bedrooms are located in the west wing of the house allowing for a peaceful stay. Three rooms are available one double en-suite and two twins with baths. All bedrooms feature luxury white linen, TV, a welcome tray with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, mineral water and biscuits and plenty of wardrobe storage space for your clothing. Bathrooms are equipped with fresh towels on heated towel rails and a selection of luxury soaps.

Breakfast at Ash Tree Farm is cooked fresh to order each morning and uses local produce and eggs from our own free range chickens. Guests can choose a variety of options including porridge, juices, yogurts, cereals, toast and preserves and tea and coffee. Our traditional Yorkshire breakfast includes free range eggs from our hens and dry cure bacon, sausages and black pudding all from an award winning butcher in the village of Kirkby Malzeard. Alternatively, guests seeking a lighter breakfast will be delighted with our Continental selection with warm croissants and pain au chocolat. A delicious start to the day, we're sure you'll agree.
