A two minute walk away is beautiful historic Peasholm Park offering an excellent range of family attractions including a boating lake, cafes and family trails, plus the famous North Bay Miniature Railway which begins in Peasholm Park travelling past the Scarborough Open Air Theatre to the coastline. Mini golf and the Sealife Centre with on-site Seal Rescue Centre are also conveniently adjacent and within walking distance are Scarborough's many other outstanding attractions from South Bay and multi-purpose entertainment venue the magnificent Spa Centre to the free entry Rotunda Museum and Scarborough Art Gallery.

The apartment can sleep up to five in two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large wardrobe, and an en suite bathroom with a large shower and immaculately finished. The second bedroom consists of a double bed with a single bunk on top; there is also plenty of wardrobe space in this room. There is also a travel cot if required (please supply your own beding for this).The apartment also contains a family bathroom with a large bath and overhead shower.

Comfortably sleeps 5. All linen and towels are provided. There is a high chair and a selection of board games, DVDs and Playstation with games in the apartment. Free secure designated parking space. The beach is right on your doorstep and there are a number of shops located under the adjacent building including a very reasonable Nisa store. Sorry no smoking and no pets.
