Our cottage in Staithes has a charming history, originally a fishermans home then a Sunday School house and a couple more changes along the way until we lovingly restored and converted it into a holiday accommodation named Longhouse. Close to local amenities and shops we're in an ideal location for exploring the coastal paths and only a ten minute drive from the North Yorkshire Moors. Staying here will give you a wonderful combination of coast and country

Longhouse just oozes charm! It's a two floor property built along a hillside. The upper ground floor living area is open plan with two comfortable, leather double sofas, a glass fronted wood burning stove and a television with DVD player. The sitting room leads onto a contemporary, well equipped fitted kitchen and dining area. Also on this floor is a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and corner bath. On the lower ground floor is a bedroom with linkable twin beds and en-suite shower room with WC and washbasin. Both bedrooms have the added benefit of a television and DVD player. Outside is a furnished patio garden and an integral garage (one small car only).
