There is direct access to the glorious 6-mile Blue Flag Filey beach as well as 100 acres of pasture, lakes and woodland. As a guest of 63 Sunrise Drive you will have full use of the newly opened swimming pool, sauna and steam room. The site also has a family friendly Public House which serves freshly prepared meals. Filey is a traditional English seaside town with a friendly atmosphere. This is a perfect place for those who want an active holiday or for those who just prefer to relax. 63 Sunrise Drive provides a wonderful base for touring and visiting the many sites and attractions along the Yorkshire coastline and the North Yorkshire Moors

63 Sunrise Drive enjoys views of open fields to the rear and has a south facing garden accessed via patio doors from the lounge/dining room. The kitchen has a wooden floor and is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, cooker and hob and fridge/freezer. The lounge is comfortable and complete with flatscreen colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, Playstation and radio CD player for your entertainment. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with Juliette balcony and a further bedroom with bunk beds. Children are welcome and a cot and high chair are available on request. No smoking is permitted. No pets please.
