The house is available for rent year round and is fitted with double glazing and central heating to ensure your comfort during the cooler months. The town centre shops, restaurants, beach and seafront can be reached in an easy five minute stroll. The property is non smoking throughout and no pets are allowed.
Filey is a traditional seaside resort with clean sandy beaches with safe paddling, swimming and play areas. The resort has been a popular destination since Victorian times and remains so though it has thankfully escaped becoming over commercialised. Visitors can learn something of the town's maritime history at the small museum and life boat station or enjoy the panoramic views from the Country Park up on Filey Brigg. The coast line to the north and south has some spectacular cliff top walks with many opportunities for bird watching for the keen twitcher.
The house is modern and the well equipped kitchen is complete with dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The comfortable lounge area has a TV, video and DVD player for your amusement and a second TV is available for use upstairs. There are two well furnished double bedrooms in addition to a bunk room and a further single room with pull out bed if required.
On street parking is available outside the property.
