Waddleduck Cottage is a three bedroom property in an elevated position above the valley of the River Esk, just a short drive from Whitby town centre. The cottage commands spectacular views of the grade II listed railway viaduct at the front and of the open countryside to the rear. The unspoilt beauty of the North Yorkshire Moors lies within easy reach, as does the railway which runs the eighteen miles from Grosmont to Pickering. there are a range of lovely walks on the doorstep including the old railway line between Whitby and Scarborough and the planned Esk Valley footpath which will run from the doorway to the historic Yorkshire harbour town of Whitby.

The cottage sleeps up to six people in a double bedroom with balcony overlooking the River Esk, a second twin bedroom and a further twin/single bedroom. The modern kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washer dryer and dishwasher. The spacious lounge is comfortably furnished and complete with TV, DVD and CD player for your entertainment. Outside there is a decked patio area with garden furniture and a parking space for two cars. The nearest shop is only one mile away and the nearest railway station is at Whitby, one and a half miles away.
