The property has been tastefully converted to offer guests pleasant and comfortable guest accommodation, ideal for short breaks and longer holidays on the unspoilt east Yorkshire coast.
The fishing village of Robin Hood's Bay dates back to the 1500's and wandering through the twisting cobbled streets it is easy for the visitor to imagine themselves at that time. The charming streets, once walked by sailors, fishermen and smugglers are now home to several excellent places to eat and drink. There are many interesting walks in the local area and a regular bus service links the village with the nearby historic harbour town of Whitby.
At Birtley House Bed and Breakfast all rooms are cleaned and decorated to a high standard and all have en-suite facilities, colour TV, central heating, DVD player, mini fridge and a well stocked hospitality tray.
