The cottage offers an idyllic unspoilt village location just a two minute stroll from a real ale Yorkshire pub and only a 30 minute drive from Leeds Bradford Airport. Both business and leisure guests will find our luxuriously presented two bedroom cottage the perfect choice. Victorian spa town Harrogate's attractions together with the International Conference Centre and the Yorkshire Showground are only a 15 minute drive away and our location, just off the A59, puts Leeds, York and Skipton all within easy driving distance.

Stylish and contemporary, our cottage near Harrogate accommodates four guests with bedrooms including a ground floor king-size bedroom with a en-suite shower room and a first floor twin bedroom with a fully fitted en-suite bathroom. Luxury touches in bedrooms and en-suites include Freeview tv, complimentary Molton Brown and White Company toiletries, soft fluffy towels and Egyptian cotton bedlinen. The modern fully fitted kitchen includes a washing machine, electric oven and hob, a fridge and a slow cooker whilst the lounge features two de-luxe leather sofas and hi-tech facilities including Freeview TV, a DVD and an iPod dock. A dining area seating four is also within the sitting room area.

Fresh flowers and a welcome pack with essentials including bread, milk, tea/ coffee and orange juice are all provided for guests on arrival. Tea towels, bedlinen, towels plus gas central heating and electric are all inclusive in booking price. Off road parking is available on-site for two cars and the cottage has a delightful private patio area with attractive garden furniture and panoramic countryside views. We'll also happily provide packed lunches by request. The property is non-smoking and sorry no pets or children under 10 years.
