About this property
Popeshead Court apartments are our two self catering accommodations in a converted warehouse in the heart of York City centre. Although quietly located amongst York’s historic “snickelways”, Marks and Spencers and the market area are literally only two minutes away as is the popular Parliament Square. York Minster, museums, river trips, city walls, shopping, antiques and restaurants are all within very easy walking distance.
Both our apartments are light, bright and airy with lots of windows. They each sleep four people in two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. In the living areas they have a red leather corner units, Number 11 has solid wood Laura Ashley furniture and number 12 has solid contemporary wood furniture. There are dining suites seating four people and they both benefit from Free Wi-Fi, Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD players. Number 11 is suitable for wheelchair users, as long as accompanied because the security door requires a security number input which may be out of reach for wheelchair users.
