Welcome to Storm Cottage, a charming award-winning fisherman's cottage, perfect for a romantic break, set in the heart of the historic East Side of Whitby. This stone cottage, combining original beams and sash windows with a contemporary interior, is conveniently close to the picturesque harbour with its lively wine bars and award winning restaurants. The cottage sleeps two and is near to the 199 steps leading to Whitby Abbey, which is one of the finest examples of Anglo Saxon churches in the country with a churchyard that gave Bram Stoker the inspiration to write his world famous book, Dracula. The accommodation includes a living room with a Bose stereo, satellite TV, a DVD player, a dining area, walnut floor and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tiny courtyard with bistro table and chairs.
