Castle House Farm Cottages are ideally located between Huddersfield and Holmfirth, in the heart of Last of the Summerwine county and the rural south Pennine area of Yorkshire. This is a beautiful location for walkers, and the cottages are close to all the delights of Holmfirth, including Sid's Cafe from Last of the Summer Wine, a beautiful independent cinema and an array of specialist shops and country pubs. All the holiday cottages are fully contained self-catering cottages and in Autumn 2002 all cottages were fully modernised to the highest standard and now benefit from modern kitchens and full central heating. The cottages still retain their rustic charm and atmosphere. All Castle House Cottages are available for letting throughout the year.

The cottages are the result of luxury barn conversions and have been sympathetically restored in local Yorkshire stone and fitted out to a high standard. Each cottage is well insulated and has full gas central heating, fitted and equipped kitchen, colour TV, bedding, towels and laundry facilities are included in the price. All are fully self-contained.
