Once an 18th century granary, Derwent Cottage retains its character and charm. The cottage is nicely positioned on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds and boasts wonderful views across the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and Howardian Hills.
Derwent Cottage sleeps 4 people and is on the ground floor with no internal steps, ideal for the partially disabled. There is a separate sitting room and open fire ideal for winter nights. In the cottage you will find a kitchen, dining area, bathroom with shower and bath, double bedroom and twin bedroom. Electric storage heaters throughout, all fuel, power, linen (duvets) & towels included. TV including a DVD, ample parking, cot and high chair available, stereo cassette radio, microwave, dishwasher, garden chairs and table, BBQ available, shared utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.
You will be warmly welcomed at the Derwent Cottage where you will find on arrival a pint of milk, fresh farm eggs and a bottle of wine ready for you in the fridge. Should you need anything whilst staying at Derwent Cottage the owners are discreetly available.
