Enjoy breakfast in our generously proportioned kitchen with more ceiling hooks than you can shake a stick at & probalbly the largest log burner you will ever see. It is in a secluded setting between Aysgarth & Swinithwaite.
This 16th Century Farmhouse has three spacious guest rooms, the family room sets the scale at 15ft by 17ft, 2 are ensuite & 1 has a private bathroom. The downstairs room has an ensuite “wet” shower room with full wheelchair access. There is a large secluded walled garden and paddock for the use of guests & a large cobbled court yard for parking. We also offer a pick up service from nearby villages for walkers and luggage, the bus service passes our gate, there is also a drying room available for wet muddy walking kit. Guests can expect a warm welcome and a relaxed atmosphere, comfortable accommodation in keeping with the character of the house & a memorable breakfast.
All rooms at Temple Farmhouse B&B are comfortably appointed in character with the house. We have a guest room that features much original stonework including an inglenook with a log fire. Two rooms are en-suite & one has a private bathroom. The 1st floor rooms have glorious views. The ground floor room has wheelchair access to all areas including its "wet" en-suite shower room which has a fold down shower seat and appropriate handles etc for most disabled requirements. There is a family room and all rooms have TVs and tea and coffee making facilities. There is use of a telephone & Wi Fi on request.
Guests can expect a memorable locally sourced full English Breakfast or a lighter alternative. Special diets can be catered for. Both our 1st floor rooms overlook our garden & paddock with a ha ha in between. Both have glorious views over adjoining farmland and woodland
