Five of the cottages are located in Thornton Rust which was used as a location for the James Herriot series, and is just 2 miles from the famous beautiful Aysgarth Falls. All properties have real Yorkshire character, with luxury personal touches and attention to detail. Bustling market towns such as Hawes and Leyburn are easily accessible, so guests are close to a range of shops, inns and restaurants to suit all tastes. This area of the Yorkshire Dales is exquisite walking country. The historic town of York, as well as the Lake District and the North Yorkshire Moors are also within travelling distance from the properties.
