A recently constructed four star rated self catering holiday cottage situated on the outskirts of Flamborough, close to the unspoilt heritage coastline, beaches and cliffs. This charming property has all the hallmarks of a traditional fisherman's cottage, having been built using locally sourced chalk and hand fired bricks. The reverse level accommodation makes the most of the outstanding views of the nearby countryside and there are a number of superb coastal walks, beaches, golf courses to be found nearby. This stylish self catering holiday cottage sleeps up to six people and comprises of (on the ground floor) two double bedrooms; a third bedroom located to the rear with French doors leading out onto the patio area; a modern white bathroom; entrance hall and under stairs cupboard with washing machine. The galleried staircase leads to a twin aspect lounge with feature inglenook rustic brick fireplace, flat screen TV with freeview channels, DVD player and micro music centre; in addition to an open aspect kitchen with dining room, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, larder fridge, freezer and microwave. Outside there is an attractive enclosed garden with garden furniture and a large paved patio area. There is detached brick garage with secure outside storage and parking for two cars if required.
Croft Cottage in Flamborough comfortably sleeps 5/6 persons. There are three bedrooms, one furnished with a king size bed, one with a double bed, and the third has a single divan bed with a further pull out guest bed stored beneath. The perfect holiday base for couples or families with children over the age of five years.
Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed at the cottage. The galleried staircase and gas stove mean that the property is unsuitable for children under the age of five. Prices include gas, electricity and all heating costs. Welcome pack including wine, tea, coffee and biscuits provided for full week bookings.
