Recently refurbished to a very high standard, this spacious Victorian town house is situated on a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac close to RHS Harlow Carr and the town centre. Sleeping up to 7, the property is tastefully furnished in a contemporary style. Garden lovers will appreciate Bramleigh's location, within walking distance of the renowned Royal Horticultural Society Gardens at Harlow Carr. Relax after your garden tour at the world famous "Betty's" tea shop.

Bramleigh offers the visitor the best of both worlds - on the doorstep in one direction, lie the rural delights of pinewoods and crags and in the other there is easy access to Harrogate's theatre, shops and conference facilities. The picturesque town, designed and built as a Victorian spa, is framed by the unique green spaces of "The Stray" and the Valley Gardens, both within pleasant walking distance. Home to a fine range of restaurants, wine bars and gastro-pubs, the town also offers excellent high-class amenities for shoppers, tourists and business visitors alike.

Bramleigh is equipped to sleep seven people, with one double, one twin, one single bedroom and house bathroom to the first floor, and an excellent twin-bedded loft conversion with en-suite bathroom on the second floor. The airy, comfortable lounge, with its bay window, stone feature fireplace and flat-screen TV, is perfect for relaxing after a busy day . French doors lead into the elegant dining room, which comfortably seats eight people. The spacious breakfast kitchen is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, all cooking and tableware, with additional seating for four. Most rooms are large and light, with a pleasant outlook. The property has a well-maintained patio garden to the rear and off-street parking is available.

All linen and towels are supplied. A welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits is provided. Dogs are welcome in downstairs rooms.
