There is also a spacious open plan living area with a cosy seating area with a wood and coal burning stove and a compact kitchen area, and outside there is a small patio area with a lovely hot tub with stunning views of the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage is ideal for relaxing family holidays in this beautiful part of the country.

The cottage is located in a beautiful part of the Yorkshire Dales, with stunning landscape ranging from wild, rugged moorland, to lush, broad meadow-filled valleys. The location is ideal for walkers, as well as a range of other outdoor activities including fishing, pot holing and pony trekking. The village of Askrigg is just a few miles away and is famous as the village in the TV series All Creatures Great and Small. Hawes is also a few miles away and is the home of the Wensleydale Creamery Visitor Centre where you can see the cheese being made. The spa town of Harrogate is also within easy reach, as is the Lake District if you fancy a day out further afield.
