Our cottages are all inspected by Visit Britain and have all have acheived a four star rating, we are constantly making improvments to ensure our guests have great holidays! Stoney End Cottage has its own private HOT TUB outside on the terrace, Sky TV and a broadband internet connection.

Rooms Description

The emphasis of our self catering holiday cottages is on quality. There are several lovely cottages in Wensleydale to choose from, all located within the Yorkshire Dales National Park, and each one with its own unique character. STONEY END COTTAGE (sleeps 4, 1 four poster double 1 twin) is situated on the edge of the tiny Wensleydale hamlet of Worton, near Askrigg. Relax in the HOT TUB and enjoy the spectacular views across the River Ure and over the fells towards Swaledale. This gorgeous stone cottage offers cosy and comfortable accommodation finished to a very high standard. Broadband access and Sky available. You can even choose to visit us at Stoney End next door for breakfast and choose from our extensive menu! JACK'S COTTAGE (adjacent to Stoney End Cottage) sleeps 6 guests in three bedrooms (1 dbl,1twin,1bunks) with two bathrooms and is a single storey newly renovated cottage with a large enclosed garden tucked away in a quiet corner of this tiny hamlet with open views up towards Thornton Rust. LITTLE FARTHINGS (sleeps 4 1 fourposter double, 1 twin) is a detached cottage, recently converted from a small barn, and tucked away on a quiet lane in the centre of this tiny Dales village. This cottage is next door to Springwood. SPRINGWOOD COTTAGE (Sleeps 6, 1 double, 2 twin 2 bathrooms) is a stone built detatched house in Worton with a large enclosed garden and private parking. It is next door to Little Farthings, making this pair of cottages useful for two families wishing to holiday in adjacent properties. RIVERDALE COTTAGE in Bainbridge has lovely views over the green, is part of the recent conversion of the old Riverdale Hotel and now has really excellent accommodation for four, one double and one twin. WHITSUNDALE HOUSE sleeps 4, one double 1 twin, in the small village of Thwaite near the head of the beautiful Swale Valley. Just 6 miles from Hawes over the stunning Buttertubs Pass. All cottages have central heating and open fires, we supply a Welcome Pack of essentials (Tea towels, Toilet Rolls, Kitchen Towels,etc.) your beds will be made up for your arrival and we also supply towels at no extra cost.
