Our properties are located at various locations - Askrigg and Bainbridge in Wensleydale, and Reeth and Muker in Swaledale and are fully equipped with modern amenities including washers and dryers, private gardens and parking. Many have fascinating historical features such as Chapel End, Bainbridge built in 1864 with non chiming clock and old school bell, arched windows and door, now converted to a high standard. Croft House in Askrigg has stone floors with under floor heating and old fireplaces. with a high walled private garden to the rear. Skellgill House, near Askrigg retains its old beamed ceilings and iron fireplaces and one of its gardens overlooks a stream and meadows. Old Mill One in Askrigg is tucked away behind the house used as the surgery location in BBC series All Creatures Great & Small.
Braeside in Reeth sleeps 8 and over looks the village green. Lilac Cottage and Harriets Cottages in Muker have uninterupted views overlooking the fells, but still at the heart of the popular village. Also B & B at Whitfield, a mile from Askrigg , in a converted barn with views of Upper Wensleydale.

This charming stone cottage is a sympathetically restored dales farmhouse, with modern amenities, including oil fired central heating, yet retaining many traditional features. It is high up on the fellside, at the end of a narrow twisting tarmac road, with spectacular views over the dale. This is a place to relax and re-charge your batteries. All rooms face south enjoying the sun, and overlooking a paved area with grass inside the walled garden. This is a 3 bedroomed traditional dales farmhouse which sleeps 6 people, and is set in a beautiful and quiet location, on the fellside about 1 1/2 miles from Askrigg. All cottages have there own unique character, whilst being fully equipped with all modern amenities.

All rooms in the guesthouse face south with panoramic views over the dales, fells and towards Semerwater. Guest facilities include an en-suite double room and an en-suite twin room.
