Leyburn is surrounded by wonderful walking and touring country in the Yorkshire Dales and Herriot Country, The cobbled market square has a wide range of pubs, restaurants and tea rooms with a range of shops selling gifts and crafts. There is a weekly market on Fridays and on the fourth Saturday of every month a farmer's market showcasing some of the area's fabulous produce.
The properties form a secluded courtyard less than 100 metres from Leyburn Market Place, with access by a private drive. The accommodation consists of two stone built period cottages, three self contained apartments and a new cottage. The two period cottages each comprise of one double and one twin bedroom, with additional sleeping on a futon bed in the double room. The kitchens are modern and well equipped yet retain some of the original character in their stone flagged floors. The lounge features a stone built fireplace and exposed beams and is complete with digital TV and radio/CD player for your entertainment.
Of the apartments, apartment one sleeps up to five people whilst apartments two and three each sleep up to six people. Each comprises of a lounge with dining area, radio/CD player, digital TV and sofa bed; well equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Apartment one has one single and double bedroom with additional sleeping for two on a sofa bed in the lounge, whilst apartments two and three have an additional twin bedroom. Finally, Rosedale is a detached split level property with its own secluded garden and patio enjoying views over Wensleydale. There is one twin bedroom with a double sofa bed in the lounge and a well equipped kitchen and lounge area with log effect stove.
Prices include central heating and electricity. Duvets and pillows are provided, however visitors are asked to bring their own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels. Linen hire is available.
