Welcome to Dales View Holiday Homes in Leyburn, a well-equipped range of stone built cottages and apartments, most offering beautiful views over the surrounding Yorkshire Dales. The properties are less than 100 metres from Leyburn Market Place in a peaceful location. Enjoy scenic walks right from the doorstep through the Yorkshire Dales and Herriot Country or take a trip on the nearby Wensleydale Railway. Leyburn is also home to a charming range of local produce shops, gift shops, pubs, restaurants and tea rooms for you to enjoy during your stay.

Rosedale is our stone built one bedroom cottage which sits in its own secluded garden. The cottage offers a log fire effect stove, modern kitchen, large shower room and twin bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space. ‘Yoredale Cottage sleeps five people and offers one double and one twin bedroom with a sofa bed in the double bedroom. 1 Hetton Court is a spacious ground floor apartment with one double and one single bedroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. Nos. 2 and 3 Hetton Court are very spacious 1st and 2nd floor apartments each having a double and a twin bedroom with extra sleeping via a sofa bed in the lounge. All 3 apartments are in a pretty, courtyard setting with shared garden area. All properties have private parking on site.

The properties are all available for weekly lets running from Saturday to Saturday. The three apartments are also available all year round for short breaks from Friday for 3 nights or Monday for 4 nights (other short breaks might be available by arrangement with the owners. Rosedale and Yoredale are only let for full weeks from April to September but are available for short breaks off-season.
