    Lower Heugh Holiday Cottage offers guests luxury self-catering accommodation, ideally placed close to Skipton and it's fascinating castle in the Yorkshire Dales. Guests can expect superb views from the holiday cottage, across fields and fells to Embsay Crag, Eastby Crag and Skipton Moor. The Cottage is detached, so guests have considerable privacy and peace and quiet. The property is linked by covered way to the owner's property. Both face south across almost one acre of very private, landscaped, oriental gardens. Set in the peaceful village of Eastby with close access to many Dales footpaths, the Cottage is less than three miles from the historic market town of Skipton, and is perfect as a walker base. On the ground floor you'll find a spacious lounge and dining room, both recently refurbished, with idyllic views across the gardens, a Hall with phone, a newly refurbished fully fitted kitchen, and a fully tiled cloakroom with toilet and handbasin. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and vanity unit, a twin bedroom with dressing table and fitted wardrobe, and a smaller bedroom fully furnished with single bed. Also on the first floor is a refurbished bathroom with toilet, basin and electric shower over bath.

    Lower Heugh Cottage is owner maintained, superbly equipped and enjoys central heating and double glazing. Although a luxury cottage it is very competitively priced throughout the year. Features include colour TV, video, dishwasher, combi microwave, washer, dryer, fridges and freezer. Benches, picnic table, barbecue, garden chairs and sunloungers are available for guests. Other amenities include a single garage with laundry area, drying room, and fridge and freezer. Ample drive parking for up to 3 cars is available. We are conveniently open all year round, and we welcome short break bookings, especially in the off peak season.
