Mitch House in Whitby is a characterful and well equipped base for a family holiday with local amenities such as Tate Hill Beach set just two minutes walk away. This charming 250 year old property is set over four floors and offers two bedrooms, two lounge areas, a modern fitted kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Modern entertainment facilities include Sky TV with family package and the kitchen is well appointed with a double oven, fridge and other small appliances. Short breaks are available during the off peak season and last minute subject to availability.
The downstairs lounge room offers original oak panelling, two comfy leather sofas and a bow window seat. To the first floor, there is the main double bedroom and bathroom facilities. The second lounge area and modern kitchen area are set on the second floor with the final twin bedroom being set on the third floor. Views of the harbour can be enjoyed from this bedroom. Bed linen is supplied for all bedrooms but please bring your own towels.

The cottage is available for a weekly changeover day of Saturday. No pets. Please note the cottage does not offer private parking facilities but there is a pay and display car park five minutes walk away.
