There are in all five beautiful bed-sitting rooms. Each one is designed with its own atmosphere and colour scheme. Four rooms have double beds, one room has twin single beds. All bed linen and towels are provided. It boasts a fabulous bathroom and separate shower room. The house has ample room for six guests but can accommodate up to eight. There is a large ground floor bed-sitting room especially useful for anyone who finds stairs difficult. Beneath is a luxurious self contained two bedroom basement flat. See website. The house is two miles from the theatres and a five minute drive from the centre of the city. It is located at the hub of the motorways and has easy access to all areas of Leeds. The bus stop is a five minute walk away and local taxis are easily available. One of the first floor rooms has a fabulous view over the Victorian Bowling Green which is treasured by the local community. The front entrance is on a terrace which is is a footpath. Car access is at the rear of the property. There is a gated and secure car park. It can hold up to six cars. It is as easy to get out of the city as it is to get in it. There is wireless broadband available.
The 5 bed-sittting rooms have been carefully designed to provide each visitor with the essentials of privacy and relaxation. There is central heating and double beds with linen and towels provided. One room has twin beds, thus six people can sleep in complete comfort. The two attics share a pretty landing on the top floor which contains a comfortable futon for the unexpected guest. They are quiet and of immense charm. Two large bed sitting rooms are on the first floor together with the shower room and separate bathroom.The ground floor has a lovely bedroom with its own gas fire and pretty sofa. There is a toilet on the ground floor and another on the first landing in the shower room which has contemporary chrome fittings and black and white tiling. The luxurious bathroom is perfect for those requiring a more leisurely soak. The large communal kitchen is fully equipped and is situated on the ground floor. It provides the friendly centre of the house and includes two fridges, freezer, microwave and an electric oven, plus a quality washing machine.Everything needed to feel welcome and at home is supplied. There are plenty of utensils for those who love to cook, and of course a television for those who don't.
