The access road to Fir Tree Holiday Homes winds its way through rolling hills and green fields, past a large duck pond and fish pond which is enclosed by bluebells and wildflowers in the spring of the year then down to your lodge. Guests are guaranteed a stunning country setting. Fir Tree Farm nearby is located just ten miles from the historic Cathedral city of Ripon and four miles from the old market town of Masham in North Yorkshire. The holiday lodges are set in twenty acres of beautiful, mature woodland amongst rolling hills and is ideally situated for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. We are an exclusive development of holiday homes, to be fifteen in total, all are superbly finished and equipped, with a real home from home feel.

Lodge faciliites include lounge, electric log effect fire plus colour television, video and music centre. Expect a fully fitted pine kitchen including microwave. Gas cooker auto-washer dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster. The lodge is supplied with spring water drawn from our very own spring located on the farm.
