The apartment has been fitted with a new bathroom suite, complete with power shower, new kitchen, and contemporary style living accommodation. We are ideally situated for all town centre shops, and tourist amenities and within an easy walk of the west cliff, spa, leisure centre, and cliff top attractions.
Outside St Hilda's there is a lovely private patio area, complete with table and chairs, free parking is always available at the rear of the property , The cottage sleeps 2 ( Adults only ) no pets. This studio apartment is not available in any of the holiday brochures as it has only recently been completed, and is available to let this year at a greatly reduced rate.
Front door to modern kitchen with under unit lighting, to the left of the kitchen is the bathroom with low level white suite and shower over bath, to the right of the kitchen is the large living, and sleeping accommodation, comprising double bed, matching wardrobe & dresser, flat screen satellite television, DVD player, and music centre, outside is a large attractive patio area ideal for barbeques, (supplied ) and that lazy early evening glass of wine.
