Park House B&B offers 5 star guest accommodation in Wensleydale in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales and is set within the grounds of the impressive Jervaulx Abbey Estate. The Abbey dates back to 1156 and remains a place of great beauty, tranquillity and history. Lovingly converted from two former worker's cottages, the B&B is now the home of Carol and Ian Burdon. Located just 6 miles from Masham and 6 miles from Leyburn on the A6108.

There are plenty of walks on offer ranging from a 1.5 mile stroll to a tougher 13 mile walk. Enjoy stunning scenery from your doorstep and there are a number of wonderful pubs, inns and restaurants in our area. There are two local breweries in Masham which are open to visitors as well as plenty of shops, fishing, swimming, horse riding, gardens, a castle, ancient monuments and not forgetting the impressive Jervaulx Abbey! Some of the favourite pastimes enjoyed by our customers include photography, painting and botany.

Additional Information

All rooms are en-suite with a modern, clean and airy feel, and boast Egyptian cotton bed linen, radio, TV, DVD and tea & coffee making facilities. Guests have use of a quiet reading room where many books of interest and games can be found. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 have beautiful views over the garden and onwards to the river Ure, whilst Bedroom 3 has wonderful views of Jervaulx Abbey.
