Set in the quiet, rural outskirts of historic York, Yorkshire Rose House is one of our six fantastic self-catering holiday homes here at Villa Farm. It's a spacious property perfect for large families and groups, and it can accommodate up to fifteen people with everything you could possibly need for a restful break or active Yorkshire holiday. Secure and secluded, the cottage is protected by an electronic gate leading up to the property. It's within easy reach of all York's best attractions, and only an hour from the coast and the North York Moors.

Enjoy comfort and luxury with a stay at our cottage, set in 15 acres of shared grounds but boasting its own private garden. The cottage can be booked on a night-by-night basis, and guests sleep in a family room with a king-sized bed and a single bed, two family rooms each with a double bed and a single bed, a family room with one double bed and two single beds, and a standard double bedroom. The modern fitted kitchen includes high-tech appliances such as a microwave, cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and there's a feature dining area for social meals. In the living room we've provided a TV, DVD player and VHS player, and the cottage has one shower room, one bathroom and an additional cloakroom WC.
