Welcome to Apple Tree Holiday Cottages in East Yorkshire, two award-winning properties set on the beautiful Saltmarshe Estate and offering a peaceful base for a family holiday or short break. The cottages are situated in an excellent location with the Transpennine Cycle Path running nearby and numerous opportunities for golf and walking in the local area. We are also pleased to offer guests use of our onsite fishing lakes and horse-riding holidays are available. Day trips to Sheffield, Leeds, Hull and the East Coast are all easily accessible being just a 45 minute drive away.

Both Orchard Cottage & River Cottage offer two double/ twin bedrooms and can sleep a maximum of six people. River Cottage is just a stone's throw from the River Ouse and you can enjoy beautiful views of the ships passing by from the cottage's well equipped kitchen. Both cottages are furnished in contemporary style with quality furniture and decor as standard. In the evenings, guests can enjoy relaxing in their outdoor seating area. Orchard Cottage is our pet friendly cottage with dogs accepted by prior arrangement (£5 per dog per day).
