Directions From Thirsk, A61, A170 From the town centre, take the A61 south. At the roundabout, turn left onto the A170, signposted Scarborough. Follow the road up Sutton Bank for about 7 miles. At Sproxton, turn right onto the B1257, signposted York and Malton. After two miles, turn right onto the B1363, signposted York. Follow the road for 2 miles. We are on the right in the centre of Gilling East. From York, A1036, B1363 Take the A1036 inner ring road to the north. Follow the signposts for the hospital and Helmsley. Follow the road past the hospital. At the junction with the A1237, Outer Ring Road, go straight across, signposted Helmsley. Follow the road for 16 miles. We are on the left in the centre of Gilling East. From Helmsley, A170 Take the A170 towards Sutton Bank and Thirsk. At Sproxton, turn left onto the B1257, signposted York and Malton. After two miles, turn right onto the B1363, signposted York. Follow the road for 2 miles. We are on the right in the centre of Gilling East.
