Bricknell Cottages are part of Pear Tree Farm, a wonderful place for walks, adventures and exploration. Fantastic food is available at the Carpenter’s Arms, 200 yards away, and if you fancy a break from the self catering there is a games room complete with 7' Pool/Snooker table, Air Hockey, Football table and a full size table tennis table. Car parking is available and we are family friendly, offering cots and highchairs. We also have secure bike storage.
• Roxy’s Roost sleeps 4 with a discount if booked for 2 people. 4 star cottage. Open plan double bedroom with reclaimed timber fittings. Twin bedroom ensuite. Kitchen and lounge with roaring fire and private courtyard. • Clover Leaf is a 5 star former dairy, a single storey cottage sleeping 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Double and twin, both ensuite. The flooring throughout is Indian stone, complemented by oak beams. Cottage features reclaimed timber and a roaring fire, as well as French doors leading to a verdant patio area. • Peach’s Place is a 4 star cottage with field views and 2 bedrooms, sleeping up to 4 (discounts for 2 person bookings). Private garden with patio area, hammock and garden furniture.
• Ruby’s Retreat is a 5 star 2 storey cottage sleeping up to 6 people. The open plan living / kitchen area has a feature dining table and staircase. The bedrooms all feature interesting quirks and king size beds and the stable door leads to a private patio area. Can be let with Ethel’s Escape for Group Holidays • Ethel’s Escape is a 5 star rustic wonder with open plan living area, a woodburner and a chinked wall. The 3 picturesque double bedrooms sleep up to 6 people, and are complemented by a gravelled garden area. Can be rented with Ruby’s Retreat for group holidays
