Recently inspected to 4 star non-smoking luxury accommodation with glorious sea views, being only 50yds from the South Beach and the Spa Theatre.

Number 7 is an Edwardian townhouse where original features have been lovingly restored whilst creating a small guest house of an exceptionally high standard in stylish and comfortable surroundings where guests can enjoy a relaxing away-from-home experience with all the modern conveniences. The house provides a healthy, non smoking atmosphere with special emphasis on cleanliness and hospitality, together with efficient service and attention.

Rooms Description

All bedrooms are double en-suite (2 with glorious sea views)each bedroom with lots of storage space for personal items, a hairdryer and trouser press are provided for that extra convenience. Colour TV, comfy chairs and fully stocked hospitality tray make for away-from-home relaxation and entertainment. All en-suites are appointed to the highest specification, including large shower enclosures together with complementary toiletries and hygiene items.

Help-yourself buffet offering all the usual cereals and juices, together with fresh fruits, grapefruit/citrus segments and yoghurts. Plus the full traditional breakfast, with vegetarian and lighter alternatives. Plenty of toast, Tea, ground coffee and full range of herbal/fruit teas, in a relaxed friendly atmosphere.
