ETC 3 star delightful holiday garden cottage, sleeps 3 to 4, built around 1850, perfect walking base

Charming Hazel Cottage is a cosy little garden cottage close to open country side, and ideally placed for the Settle/Carlisle railway. The holiday cottage is also only five minutes walk to the market square. The cottage sleeps 3/4, and logs, coal, fuel and lighting are all included in the price. We do welcome well behaved dogs. The holiday cottage, part of a delightful terrace of cottages, is situated in picturesque Upper Settle close to The Green. Hazel Cottage was built around 1850 and there are many excellent walks from the door, making the cottage an excellent Yorkshire Dales walking base. We're just on the edge of Settle near the Malham Road, and open countryside is well within 5 minutes walk. The market square, shops, pubs, restaurants and launderette are within five minutes walk. There is free on street parking around The Green which is easily accessible from the cottage. There is also a public car park within 5 minutes walk. One well behaved dog is welcome, by arrangement.

Hazel Cottage sleeps up to four. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and there is a single bedroom. There is a single folding bed in the downstairs lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. Heating is by storage heaters and an open fire in the lounge. Logs and coal are provided at no extra cost. There is also no extra charge for gas or electricity. Bed linen and tea towels are provided free. However, should you require bath and hand towels, there is a charge of £5 per person. Hazel Cottage has a colour TV, radio, telephone, shaver point, bath and shower and a small garden.
