For those more active there are plenty of scenic walks to suit all abilities, and nothing could be better than taking in the dramatic views of the coast from the cliff top at Ravenscar's coastal centre, or the picturesque woods and streams of Forge Valley. The glory of the North Yorkshire moors are yours to explore including the 8000 acres of Dalby Forest with its 9 miles of scenic drives.

The guesthouse is most tastefully decorated and refurbished to the highest standards with your comfort in mind, and all bedrooms are En-Suite, equipped with colour Televisions, and Tea and Coffee, all at value for money prices. We offer some superb family room accommodation. A hairdryer is provided in all rooms, irons are available and family rooms have video players with a selection of children's video's available for your enjoyment. The Family rooms are large and spacious and can provide accommodation for families who need that extra space. We can also provide some specialised equipment for disabled guests including mini-com text phone and vibrating alarm clocks, as well as large prints versions of all menu's and notices. We cater well for specialist diets and serve a Full English, vegetarian or continental breakfast, including tea and coffee, fruit juices, cereals, and preserves.
