This charming North Yorkshire Cottage, built in 1766, is ideally placed close to York and all York attractions including York Minster. The cottage offers guests high quality self catering holiday cottage accommodation for four people in Gillamoor, an unspoiled North Yorkshire Moors National Park working farm village. Visitors are most welcome to sit in the adjacent orchard, a perfect spot for relaxing on a summer evening. The orchard has apple and plum trees together with bushes of gooseberries, and red and black currants. There is a paved area for a portable barbecue which may be borrowed on request. There are many walks and cycle rides from the doorstep and Keepers Cottage is a no smoking cottage, (smoking is allowed outside) and sorry no pets.
