Directions

From Hebden Bridge take the A6033 towards Keighley. After 1.5 miles take a sharp right turn signed to Old Town & Midgley on to Ackroyd Lane. Continue on Ackroyd Lane with magnificent views of Heptonstall and Stoodley Pike to your right, then take the first turn on the right into Old Town Mill Lane. The cottage is approximately 200yds on the right of the lane, after the Cricket ground. There is a shorter route to/from Hebden Bridge which is 1 mile via Birchcliffe Road, Sandy Gate & Walker Lane however the route described is the easiest to follow in order to find the cottage initially.
