Built in approx 1620, this listed property is in a quaint alley in the heart of the old town, yards from the shops, pubs and beach. The property has a wealth of period features such as exposed beams, oak floors, sash and mullioned windows. The property provides spacious accommodation over four floors with all modern facilities to ensure a relaxing holiday in comfortable surroundings. The rooms retain many of the original features dating back to the 1600's including an original panelled lounge, exposed beams, exposed floors carpenters marks to attic beams and panelled staircase. The property provides ample space for a family of 7 or group of friends

Rooms Description

The ground floor has a well equipped kitchen with a range cooker, D/W, microwave and W/M. The dining area has a large beech table with comfortable dining chairs for 8 plus high chair if needed. The kitchen/dining area has a sofa and a woodburning stove. To the first floor is the lounge with open fire and across the hall is a twin bedded room. The second floor has the luxury house bathroom and main bedroom. The main bedroom has a double bed, a sofa and second TV. An ensuite and walk in clothes cupboard is also accessed from the bedroom. The third floor has a small separate bedroom which makes a wonderful children's room together with twin beds in the attic.
