Our Regional Inspector said "Outstanding guest accommodation, I have to come back regularly to remind myself of the exceptional standard". Minutes walk from the historic market town Pickering, our elegant and stylish Georgian Town House was sympathetically renovated in 2005 and has been up graded and refurnished each year raising standards continually, yet retaining its many original features.

We have five perfectly formed, very individually designed en-suite Studio rooms and Suites. They all have the same facilities - hairdryer, trouser press and hospitality tray, spacious ensuite bath room, sofa, modern oak writing table, I-Pod stations, bedside tables, selection of lamps and chandelier and aromatic candles. In addition there are fluffy towels, waffle dressing gowns, aromatic candles and luxury spa therapy toiletries. Both of our suites can be twin or double and have King size beds. The Studio rooms have seating areas for added comfort and double Antique wrought iron and brass bedsteads. Some rooms have original fire places, most have original cornices and high ceilings. They all have large modern bathrooms with top quality features and fixtures. Four of them have a bath and shower whilst one has a large shower.

We have a guest lounge with squidgy leather sofas and a bar fully stocked just like at home - oh - and a log fire to sit in front of with a gin and tonic or tea and cakes, read a paper and chill. Plan your days - walking, strolling, cycling. Travel by train - steam train or moors bus enjoy the relaxed, laid-back way of life we enjoy everyday. Visit and enjoy-the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, Dalby Forest, Castle Howard, Whitby, Scarborough, coastal or moors paths, castles, historic monuments. Yorkshire has it all on the doorstep.

Best garden for a Business in Pickering 2008. The house has many fine features such as the lovely stained glass window above the staircase in the hall or the rose cornices on the woodwork. If you are celebrating something special we can make the reservation and take you on the evening for a small charge which we donate to charity. Or, we can arrange an outing or activity, or simply some chilled Champagne and flowers to enjoy. If arriving late or want to chill in the evening we can arrange for a simple but substantial 'ploughmans' to be ready for you. We now offer exclusive use - eat in or out we can make the necessary arrangements for you for a memorable weekend with family or friends.
